• Luvia grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Services solely for educational purposes.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you are a teacher or school administrator, you are responsible for ensuring student data is accurate and submitted with appropriate consent. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require payment or subscriptions. You agree to:

• Pay applicable fees
• Abide by any additional pricing and usage terms
• Understand that subscription purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., class names, materials), but grant Luvia a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services. We reserve the right to review, remove, or moderate content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

• That the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That the platform will lead to specific academic outcomes
